The ²¡¶°Ò¹ÇÚ Cafeteria serves breakfast and lunch to ²¡¶°Ò¹ÇÚ students, faculty and staff as well as the local community. Our menu features favorite meals prepared and served by students from the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies department.

The Chef's Table at the Pierre Coste Room is a classroom laboratory run by students and staff of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies department. We strive to source organic, local products from small producers and growers who farm responsibly. We hope you enjoy today’s class.

The Educated Palate is a restaurant/training facility run by ²¡¶°Ò¹ÇÚ’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies department. Service is provided by students from our tuition-free Culinary Service Skills Training program. Please let us know how we are doing!

The ²¡¶°Ò¹ÇÚ Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies offers catering services for on-campus meetings and events.
*FALL 2024:
The majority of our on-campus catering program is on hiatus as we revise the catering program and menus. For Fall 2024, we are offering a limited amount of pastry and dessert catering.
If you are looking for box lunches or other catering, we recommend our friends at , owned by CAHS graduate Sam Mogannam.
